Overview

This course explores the ethical climate of today’s business environment.  It provides participants with insight into their own moral compass as well as others they may interact with.  Attendees learn the difference between morals and ethics and some of the individual behaviors that are associated with these terms such as “honesty” & “integrity”.  The course uses research & survey results to illustrate trends in ethical behavior.  A simple process is taught which aids in making ethical decisions.  Ethical case studies are discussed and participants formulate how they would respond in similar circumstances.

Credit Hours

 

1 / 2 / 4 hours in Ethics (tailored for client’s needs) - one hour CPE credit available for each 50 minutes in the classroom Group-Live.
