Overview
This course explores key elements of the AICPA, PICPA and IIA's Codes of Professional Ethics / Conduct. We will review current ethical hot topics and dissect the ethical dilemmas. The class will be given a number of situations to discuss & evaluate the "ethical" response. For some of the situatiions examined, participants will understand that the ethical path is not always black and white. Participants will also have the opportunity to review examples of codes of ethics / coduct from different organizations to critique them and to learn how to make the documents more effective.
